1978

MAX Zipper was founded in February at Hsinchuang Dist., New Taipei City, with a registered capital of NTD 1 Million.

1979

Established own brand, “MAX Zipper” and expanded the domestic market actively.

1980

Increased the capital to NTD 9 Million, for the purpose of enhancing former capital structure and the company’s organization structure.

1982

Successfully developed oversea market, and the sales marketing network has reached to the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. The annual turnover stood at NTD 89 Million.

1984

Bought a plant in Lungtan, Taoyuan (the present address), and the factory was moved to the present address by the end of the year.

1985

Started to purchase microcomputers (ALPHA MICRO-1000E) since June. In order to computerize and systematize operation.

1986

Changed the organization to "Limited Corporation" and increased the capital to NTD 25 Million. Enlarged the Nylon Zippers factory to 13,752 square feet. Cooperated with Japan-Based GOSEN CO., LTD to manufacture the flame-retardant zippers for major automobile companies and expanded to Japanese market.

1987

To expand the scale of business, to improve the production and capacity, the Company not only added a four-floor pre-processing building for making nylon zippers covering 32,976 square feet for making anterior nylon zippers, but also increased production facilities as well as productive capacity for zipper forming, molding and sewing. At the beginning of the year, the company re-adjusted its internal organization and human resources.

1988

Set up Delrin Zippers Production Division and the product lines became more extensive. MAX Zipper won the 4th National Gold Brand Award in this year.

1989

The Company won the 5th National Gold Brand Award.

1990

The company won the 6th National Gold Brand Award, and MAX’s President, Mr. Hung was re-elected the fourth Chairman of Taiwan Zippers Association.

1991

The productivity of delrin zippers increased 30% by adding new equipment. With the cooperation with Japan GOSEN CO., LTD., MAX completed new equipment and improved the capacity of specific fire-retardant zippers. To improve the efficiency of productivity, MAX updated the computer system and started the PCNETWORK. In the same year, the company won the VII National Gold Brand Award again.

1992

Under years of research and development, special zippers such as invisible tape, vacuum plated gold, silver, color mono-filament were successfully launched. The Company won the VIII National Gold Brand Award again.

1993

MAX finished the expansion of pre-processing factory of 5,292 square feet for manufacturing delrin zippers and by adding new model of delrin zipper machine, MAX doubled the capacity of delrin zippers and succeeded to launch delrin bright gold, silver zippers and special printed tape of nylon and delrin zippers. The Company won the IX National Gold Brand Award. The level-two supervisors of the company were invited to join the Company as stockholders, so as to gel and inspire employees.

1994

Succeeded to develop and produce special zippers with delrin laser teeth and delrin rainbow teeth.

1995

Succeeded to developed special zippers such as powder-gold, powder-silver, tiny teeth, clear teeth, glow teeth and reflective tape. The construction of third-floor posterior building covering 14,256 square feet was completed, and also the die-casting division was established to manufacture sliders and to assemble pullers. Such vertical integration improved the ration of self-manufacturing.

1996

Succeeded to developed special zippers such as powder-gold, powder-silver, tiny teeth, clear teeth, glow teeth and reflective tape. 1997

Completed documentary work of internal control system and actively prepared to become an OTC public company. MAX carried out a project of expanding the plant for 79,200 square feet and the construction was started at the end of year. To enrich the human resources, the Company also utilized the government’s policy of encouraging enterprise to make investments over NTD 20 million

1998

The previous plant expanding project was finished and the factory was started to use, using area up to 162,000 square feet. The Company won the X National Gold Brand Award.

1999

The Company was certified and recognized as an ISO-9002 firm. Registered capital increased to NTD 309 Million and the Company started the related OTC process.

2000

Increased registered capital to NTD 370 Million and invested NTD 95 Million in buying Taipei office, located in NeiHu Dist. The company was approved to go public as an OTC company and actively prepared the Metal zipper production line.

2001

MAX Zipper has become an OTC-listed company on Mar. 29, in 2001 and the capital increased to NTD 398 Million. MAX Zipper earned an excellent reputation by mass production of metal zippers and was actively expanding the business in China.

2002

Started the construction of factory in Kunshan, China.

2003

The construction of Kunshan factory kept going. The research and development of new type Nylon zippers and metal zippers succeeded and obtained the patent of "bottom structure of separable zippers" and "metal zipper teeth feeding security appliance.

2004

The construction of factory in Kunshan, China completed and started to operate. An ERP management system was launched into the entire company, and it helped and improved the cooperation structure between China and Taiwan factories.

2005

Devoted to international marketing, oversea exhibitions, and partnered with many international brands, such as Target, Federated, MACYS, MAY, Samsonite and Ricardo. Acquired Oeko-Tex certificate and entered European market. The company successfully completed the research and development of fire-resistant metal special zippers and obtained the patent of "improved zipper tape" for Nylon zippers and "improved slider" for nylon zippers.

2006

Certified by EU´s Intertek Eco-Certification Products Class 1 environmental certification in March, which enhanced MAX’s brand adding value.

2007

Became KOHLS and COLUMBIA Preferred Supplier.

2008

Capital increased to 488 million. MAX ZIPPER (CHINA) CO., LTD. acquired ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 certificates.

2009

Became the preferred zipper supplier of Bonton, American department store, and Arcadia Group, the largest privately owned clothing retailer in UK.

2010

Officially became the nominated zipper supplier of JCPenney, WAL-MART, Lafuma.

2011

Officially became the nominated zipper supplier of AEROPOSTALE、belk and TESCO. The factory in Kunshan had been evaluated as the highest level “Green” enterprise in the following three years.

2012

Officially became the nominated zipper supplier of Pimkie, the French women’s fashion brand and M&CO, the well-known retail brand in UK.

2013

Officially became the nominated zipper supplier of Orsay, OKAIDI and OBAIBI.

2014

Became KOHL`S Preferred Supplier.

2015

Became CAMAIEU Preferred Supplier.

2016

Kept developing South Asia and ASEAN market. Set new Sales Office in India.

2017

Set new Sales Office in Egypt.

2018

Set new Sales Office in Jordan.

2019

Became Sainsbury`s Preferred Supplier

2020

Indirectly invested 22.22% in MAX Zipper (China) Co. Became a preferred supplier of zippers for TARGET's apparel brand and set new sales office in Indonesia.

2021

Issuance of 11,250 thousand shares of common stock by cash capital increase and issuance of the first domestic secured convertible bonds of $360,000 thousand.

2022

Design and construction of the new Yangmei plant.

2023

In June, MAX Zipper CO., LTD. changed its name to Wiselink CO., LTD.
